What you'll do

As a Full-Time Security Guard at TerrAscend, you will oversee and enforce security operations within the company. Your primary responsibility will be to implement security policies and procedures, ensuring that all standards are met consistently. You will conduct regular surveillance of the premises, monitoring for any suspicious activities or potential threats. In the event of an emergency, you will be expected to respond swiftly and effectively, utilizing your training to manage the situation and ensure the safety of everyone on-site. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of security incidents and reporting them to the appropriate personnel. Your role will involve interacting with employees and visitors, providing assistance and guidance as needed to foster a secure environment.
