Upstart is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Servicing team in designing intelligent tools for recovering funds and improving borrower experiences. This role requires strong product management skills and a passion for enhancing access to affordable credit.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors. You possess a strong understanding of customer journeys and are adept at designing solutions that enhance user experiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform product decisions and drive improvements. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer support, to deliver impactful products. You are passionate about financial inclusion and are motivated by the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives through technology. You have experience with agile methodologies and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
As the Senior Product Manager for Servicing at Upstart, you will own the product roadmap for borrower-facing tools and systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and implement features that improve the borrower experience and streamline recovery processes. You will analyze user feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and prioritize enhancements. You will work with customer support teams to ensure that the tools you develop meet the needs of both borrowers and support agents.
