Zocdoc is hiring a Lead Analyst for Client Insights to partner with strategic Sales teams and deliver analytics that drive client growth. You'll utilize SQL, Google Analytics, and Tableau to uncover insights and accelerate revenue. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in client performance analysis.
You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly in client insights or performance analytics — you've partnered with sales teams to drive growth through data-driven strategies. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, and you are proficient in visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to present your findings clearly. You understand the healthcare landscape and are passionate about improving patient experiences through data insights. Your analytical mindset enables you to conduct experiments and derive actionable insights that influence business decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic recommendations. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to tackle complex challenges with ease.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Google Analytics for tracking user engagement and performance metrics. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies will enhance your ability to conduct experiments that inform client strategies. A background in statistical analysis or experience with programming languages such as Python or R would be beneficial but not required.
In this role, you will partner directly with Zocdoc’s strategic Sales pods to deliver analytics that unlock client growth and drive revenue. You will run analyses to uncover what truly drives client performance, translating those insights into strategies that accelerate Zocdoc’s growth. Your responsibilities will include designing and conducting experiments to test hypotheses about client behavior and performance, as well as developing dashboards and reports that communicate key metrics to stakeholders. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization. Your work will directly impact Zocdoc's mission to empower patients by improving the healthcare experience through better data utilization.
