Overview

OneOncology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their Hematology/Oncology team in Nashville, TN. You'll provide patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and fellow APPs. Experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.

Who you are

You are a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider with experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You have a strong background in Hematology/Oncology, either as an RN or APP, and are committed to providing patient-centered care. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with experienced physicians and fellow APPs to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Your professionalism and compassion guide you in every patient interaction, and you understand the importance of building strong relationships with those you care for.

Desirable

Experience in a private practice setting is preferred, as is familiarity with outpatient care. You are adaptable and willing to float between clinics as needed, demonstrating flexibility in your approach to patient care. You are also open to continuous learning and professional development, eager to stay updated on the latest advancements in cancer care.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide comprehensive evaluations, follow-up visits, and treatment planning for patients in the Hematology/Oncology clinic. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention throughout their treatment journey. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and contribute to a supportive work environment that values clinical excellence and teamwork.
