You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on analyzing complex datasets and deriving actionable insights. Your expertise in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker enable you to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, building trusted relationships with engineering and product teams to drive data-driven decision-making. You are passionate about data culture and best practices, and you enjoy untangling messy datasets to uncover valuable insights. Your analytical mindset allows you to define and maintain core engineering metrics that enhance team performance.

Desirable

Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools like Jira. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-person collaboration. A background in engineering performance analysis will help you excel in this role, as you will be tasked with driving efficiency and reliability across teams.
