What you'll do

As a Fraud Investigator at Wealthsimple, you will be responsible for evaluating incidents of suspected financial crime against the company and its customers. You will conduct thorough investigations and analyze data to identify patterns and trends related to fraudulent activities. Your role will involve making recommendations for future measures to prevent financial crime and enhance client trust. You will collaborate with other team members in the Security & Risk Group to develop strategies for fraud prevention and detection. You will also engage with clients to address their concerns and provide support during investigations. Your contributions will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of Wealthsimple's services and ensuring a positive client experience.
