OKX is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the development and management of their Earn & Loan financial products. You'll work on product enhancements and client needs analysis, requiring a solid understanding of financial products.
You have a strong background in product management, particularly within the financial sector, with at least 5 years of experience in overseeing product lifecycles. Your understanding of financial products is complemented by your skills in product strategy and risk assessment, allowing you to effectively analyze client needs and market trends. You are detail-oriented and motivated, with a proven track record of turning insights into actionable product ideas. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at working with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps). You are comfortable with client pitching and have a knack for identifying opportunities for product enhancements based on market feedback and risk indicators.
In this role, you will assist in overseeing the lifecycle of loan products, from development to market positioning. You will support risk assessment processes related to client portfolios and trading strategies, helping to monitor risk indicators and red flags. Collaborating closely with sales and other departments, you will contribute to product enhancements and ensure that client needs are met effectively. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, as well as working on product strategy to align with the company's goals. You will also be responsible for preparing presentations and pitches for clients, showcasing the value of OKX's financial products.
