What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between Celonis and its strategic customers, guiding them through the implementation of supply chain optimization solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting workshops and training sessions to educate customers on the capabilities of the Celonis platform, as well as collaborating with internal teams to refine product offerings based on customer feedback.
