Overview

Xometry is seeking an Account Executive III to manage and convert inbound inquiries from customers. You'll focus on building relationships with Fortune 500 clients and aligning their needs with Xometry's solutions. This role requires strong collaboration skills and a strategic mindset.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing inbound inquiries and converting them into successful business relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineering staff and program management to understand customer needs and align them with strategic objectives. Your achievement-oriented mindset drives you to exceed sales goals, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of the manufacturing industry. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively present solutions to executive management and procurement teams. You are adaptable and can think outside the box to find innovative solutions for your clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for selling Xometry's solutions to Fortune 500 customers, focusing on understanding their needs for prototype parts and production requirements. You will initiate and build relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering staff and program management, to ensure alignment with their strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include setting up sales calls and presentations for company executives and engineers, as well as developing strategic plans for enterprise accounts. You will invest time in learning about Xometry's business and the broader manufacturing landscape to effectively communicate the value of our offerings. Your success will be measured by your ability to convert inbound inquiries into long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth for the company.
