Navan is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth. You'll work with a market-leading travel and expense platform and engage with C-level executives. This role requires a proven track record in sales and experience with sales methodologies.
You are a motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You thrive in a hyper-growth environment and enjoy collaborating with a team that values sharing learnings and celebrating wins together. You have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients post-sale, ensuring successful launches and ongoing usage of the platform. You are agile and coachable, always looking for opportunities to learn and grow while giving and receiving feedback. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is part of your background, and previous training in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales is a plus.
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will partner with Account Management to ensure a successful launch and implementation of Navan’s platform. Your responsibilities will include driving sales by managing and creating opportunities in your pipeline, leading to the closing of 2-4 deals per quarter. You will need to understand Navan’s value proposition and solutions, utilizing appropriate value-based sales approaches. Additionally, you will oversee all sales activity within your account list and ensure accurate monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce. Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets will be a key focus of your role.
