What you'll do

As the Director of Product Management for Agentic AI at Appian, you will take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for the Agentic AI portfolio — your leadership will guide the evolution of Agent Studio and the ideation of future agent-based offerings. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that product development aligns with market demands and user expectations. Your role will involve defining the group's vision and setting clear objectives that drive innovation and growth.

You will be responsible for portfolio management, taking overall accountability for the product strategy and roadmap — this includes conducting market research, analyzing competitive positioning, and identifying opportunities for differentiation. You will lead product discovery sessions, gathering insights from users and stakeholders to inform product decisions. Your ability to prioritize features and enhancements will be crucial in delivering value to customers while maintaining alignment with business goals.

In this strategic role, you will also represent the product team in executive meetings, articulating the vision and progress of the Agentic AI initiatives — your insights will help shape the company's direction in this fast-moving market.
