The Role

BeyondTrust is seeking a highly motivated Field and Partner Marketing Specialist, CEE, to join the regional marketing team and support the execution of marketing programs across designated regions. The role focuses on coordinating and implementing activities that drive both partner and field marketing success. This position contributes directly to the development of BeyondTrust´s sales pipeline through outbound marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and partner as well as customer initiatives, and plays a key part in ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed effectively and contribute to the overall business goals. This is a hybrid role based out of Franfkurt. 

What You’ll Do

• Support the execution of regional marketing initiatives that align with both partner and field marketing strategies
• Assist in the planning and execution of regional marketing events, incl. partner, field and customer events to maximize pipeline development and strengthen brand awareness.
• Localise and distribute German-language marketing content to reflect market nuances and customer needs, incl. marketing assets, web content, localised campaigns and partner toolkits.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, such as mailings, online campaigns, social media activities and webinar programs.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with partners on joint marketing and co-branding initiatives, including MDF (Market Development Funds) requests.
• Track, analyse, and report on the success and performance of marketing initiatives, offering insights for continuous improvements and adjustments.

What You’ll Bring

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or related discipline
• Minimum of two years of business-to-business marketing experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience managing outbound campaigns and events
• Effective communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Have

• Experience in the Cyber Security, tech, SaaS, or cloud industry
• Experience developing marketing reports and metrics
• Experience in marketing automation (e.g., Eloqua), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CMS, and analytics tools.
