Villa Homes is seeking a Contracts & Compliance Manager to oversee the management of construction and vendor contracts, insurance programs, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
You are a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional with experience in managing contracts and compliance within the construction industry. You thrive in high-autonomy roles and can effectively manage competing priorities while ensuring deadlines are met. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with legal, operations, development, and finance departments to maintain organized contracts and ensure compliance with regulations. You understand the importance of keeping licenses current and are proactive in building and maintaining policies and procedures that support company growth.
Experience in the homebuilding or construction sector is a plus, as is familiarity with vendor management and insurance programs. You may also have a background in legal compliance, which will enhance your ability to navigate the complexities of contracts and regulations in this field.
In this role, you will own the day-to-day management of Villa's construction and vendor contracts, ensuring that all agreements are organized and compliant with relevant regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing insurance programs and ensuring that all necessary licenses are current. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that facilitate the company's growth and operational efficiency. You will also be tasked with driving projects to completion, ensuring that all aspects of contract management are handled efficiently and effectively.
