ScienceLogic is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager for their GSI Sales team to drive sales with major global systems integrators. You'll leverage your experience in account management to articulate the value of ScienceLogic's AIOps platform. This role requires significant experience in selling to large GSIs.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) — your experience includes hunting and selling to large service providers, and you possess a solid understanding of their business models. Your outstanding communication skills allow you to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, ensuring that stakeholders understand the value of the solutions you represent.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at GSIs is a testament to your interpersonal skills and strategic thinking.
Your background in IT operations management or related fields gives you a unique perspective on the challenges faced by enterprises today — you understand the importance of automation, AI, and analytics in driving digital transformation and improving operational efficiency.
Experience with AIOps platforms or hybrid IT service assurance solutions would be a significant advantage, as would familiarity with the specific GSIs you will be working with, such as Accenture, TCS, Kyndryl, Wipro, and Cognizant. A strong network within the GSI community can help you hit the ground running in this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives with assigned GSIs, focusing on both Sell-To and Sell-Through activities. You will leverage your industry knowledge to identify and qualify sales opportunities, ensuring that ScienceLogic's vision and strategy are effectively communicated to potential partners.
You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies that resonate with GSIs, helping them understand how ScienceLogic's AIOps platform can enhance their service offerings and deliver value to their clients. Your role will involve regular engagement with GSI partners to support them in selling and delivering our solutions, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
You will also be expected to track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights that will help refine strategies and improve outcomes. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will be crucial in adapting our approach to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
