What you'll do

As the Manager of the Anaplan COE, you will lead the Bengaluru-based delivery team, ensuring that financial forecasting models are built and improved continuously. You will oversee the implementation of new models, guiding your team through the requirements gathering, go-live, and support phases. Your leadership will be critical in meeting Roku's Anaplan roadmap and providing best-in-class support to end users.

You will collaborate with implementation partners to ensure that the solutions developed meet the needs of the organization. Your role will involve regular communication with the FP&A team to align on objectives and share insights on model performance. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

In addition to managing the team, you will analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and simplification. Your insights will help streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the FP&A function. You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives that support Roku's mission to connect the entire TV ecosystem.
