Roku is seeking a Manager for their Anaplan COE to lead the FP&A Systems team in Bengaluru. You'll implement financial forecasting models and work closely with implementation partners. This role requires hands-on experience with Anaplan.
You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in implementing financial forecasting models. Your expertise in Anaplan is complemented by your ability to gather requirements and support users effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record of leading teams to success.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to work closely with various stakeholders, including implementation partners and the broader FP&A team. Your analytical mindset enables you to simplify complex processes and drive automation initiatives. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results that align with organizational goals.
Experience in a fast-paced public company is a plus, as is familiarity with financial systems and tools beyond Anaplan. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can enhance your team's performance.
As the Manager of the Anaplan COE, you will lead the Bengaluru-based delivery team, ensuring that financial forecasting models are built and improved continuously. You will oversee the implementation of new models, guiding your team through the requirements gathering, go-live, and support phases. Your leadership will be critical in meeting Roku's Anaplan roadmap and providing best-in-class support to end users.
You will collaborate with implementation partners to ensure that the solutions developed meet the needs of the organization. Your role will involve regular communication with the FP&A team to align on objectives and share insights on model performance.
