Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Operations Associate to join a global team that leads innovation within the Shipping and Region services. Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management.
In this role you will deliver multiple projects spanning across Amazons marketplaces to launch new delivery capabilities to improve customer ordering experience. You will directly work with program and tech teams to develop scalable, long-term solutions which will have a significant impact on Amazons customer and the respective business teams. You will also partner with product management teams to identify simplified solutions for long term delivery features and programs thus enabling our organization to scale with Amazons growth.
Our teams vision is is to exponentially simplify the ability for Amazon businesses and its partners to build regionally-contextual initiatives and to enable a customer experience that allows for a seamless shopping experience, from product discovery to purchase, based on their location, program eligibility, and delivery options.

Key job responsibilities
- Understand the business requirements and use available data to identify the appropriate solution for projects
- Bridge the gap between business expansion and technical capabilities to offer quick ideas to solve problems
- Maintain business continuity by leveraging SOPs to support new business requirements
- Identify simplification opportunities to improve team productivity and fix process gaps
- Engaging with Stakeholders to communicate and influence decisions through data- Bachelor's degree- Experience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writing
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
