Monzo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive innovative banking solutions in the US market. You'll be responsible for leading product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires extensive experience in product management and a passion for fintech.
You have over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the fintech sector, where you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch. Your strong analytical skills allow you to make data-driven decisions, and you are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product features. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about creating user-centric solutions that simplify banking and enhance customer experiences. You understand the importance of agile methodologies and have experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on user feedback and market trends.
Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with financial regulations and compliance in the banking sector. A background in data analytics tools would also be beneficial to help inform product decisions.

Monzo offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 to $200,000, along with benefits and stock options.
