Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to bridge the gap between engineering and customer success.

You are versatile and adaptable, capable of navigating the nuances of various customer environments — whether it's architecting workflows within Postman or guiding integrations, you are comfortable taking the lead on technical implementation paths. You have a passion for helping customers succeed and are motivated by the impact your solutions can have on their businesses. Your collaborative spirit makes you a great partner to Customer Success Managers, as you work together to ensure clients achieve their goals.

You possess a deep understanding of the API lifecycle and are familiar with the challenges developers face — this knowledge allows you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are skilled at turning complex challenges into repeatable solutions that benefit the entire enterprise customer base.

Desirable

Experience with Postman is a plus, as it allows you to hit the ground running and provide immediate value to customers. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering closely with Customer Success Managers to understand customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions. You will consult on the technical implementation path, ensuring that customers can effectively utilize Postman's capabilities to achieve their objectives. Your role will involve architecting workflows, guiding integrations, and creating solutions that streamline the API lifecycle for clients.

You will engage with customers to identify their challenges and work collaboratively to develop strategies that address their specific needs. You will also play a key role in educating customers on best practices and helping them maximize the value they derive from Postman's platform.
