As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the local face of Ting Internet, engaging with residents in Solana Beach and Encinitas. Your primary responsibility will be to go door-to-door, introducing potential customers to Ting's fiber internet services. You will participate in the Fast Start Sales Program, which allows you to earn while you learn, providing you with the necessary training to succeed in your role. You will be expected to hit key activity milestones during your first eight weeks, earning up to $4,800 in field training incentives. As you start closing deals, your commissions will build on top of your training compensation, creating a performance-linked safety net that rewards your efforts. You will work closely with your team to develop effective sales strategies and share insights from your interactions with customers. Your role will involve not just selling but also educating potential customers about the benefits of Ting Internet, ensuring they understand how it can enhance their online experience.
