You'll work with HubSpot's Sales, Marketing, Content, and DataHub products to help customers achieve their business goals. This role requires strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
You are an entry-level professional eager to learn about HubSpot's platform and products as they evolve. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable collaborating with sales representatives to enhance the customer experience. You are a subject matter expert on HubSpot's Sales, Marketing, Content, and DataHub products, and you understand how these tools can solve customer needs. You are proactive in providing guidance on best practices for using these tools effectively. You are adaptable and can thrive in a hybrid work environment, whether in-office or fully remote.
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will partner with the sales team to help close deals by providing high-velocity product expertise. You will assist in answering questions, strategizing on opportunities, and joining prospect calls to enhance the sales experience. Your role will involve demonstrating the value of HubSpot's product lines and ensuring product fit for customers. You will be responsible for internal prep work and deal support, customer-facing meetings, demo support, and solution building. You will continuously learn about HubSpot's offerings and the competitive market to provide the best support to your sales colleagues.
