LogicGate is seeking an EMEA Implementation Partner Manager to manage and expand their partner ecosystem in the region. You'll be the main technical point of contact, ensuring partners are equipped with the necessary expertise. This role requires strong operational and technical skills in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
You have a strong background in managing partnerships and a deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. You excel in onboarding and enabling partners, ensuring they align with internal standards and deliver quality results. Your experience allows you to bridge the gap between technical requirements and operational execution, making you a vital asset in the partner ecosystem. You are adept at capacity planning and quality assurance, ensuring that all partners are equipped to deliver exceptional service. As the EMEA Implementation Partner Manager, you will own the onboarding lifecycle for new partners, driving the end-to-end process to ensure they are fully equipped to deliver LogicGate’s solutions. You will serve as the main technical point of contact for the EMEA partner ecosystem, ensuring that partners possess the same level of expertise as internal teams. Your role will involve managing existing certified implementation partners and leading the expansion of the partner ecosystem by onboarding new strategic partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that all partners meet LogicGate’s high standards for quality and service delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align partner capabilities with organizational needs, ensuring a seamless integration of services. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with partners, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles. You will also monitor partner performance and provide feedback to enhance their capabilities and service delivery.
