OpenGov is seeking a Manager of Technical Product Enablement to bridge the gap between product marketing and sales enablement. You'll oversee the enablement structure and content strategy, ensuring the GTM organization is equipped to understand and sell the product effectively. This role requires strong collaboration skills and experience in product management.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in technical product enablement. You understand the nuances of bridging product marketing and sales, ensuring that all teams are aligned and equipped with the necessary knowledge to succeed. Your ability to create engaging and informative content is key to driving product adoption and confidence across the organization.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner. You are proactive in identifying gaps in knowledge and creating resources to fill those gaps.
You have a strategic mindset and can think critically about how to position products effectively in the market. Your experience in managing enablement processes will help you lead the team towards achieving its goals. You are comfortable with monthly launch cycles and can adapt quickly to changes in product features and updates.
Experience in the public sector or with ERP solutions is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in government solutions will set you apart. You are passionate about empowering teams and ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
In this role, you will manage the Technical Product Enablement team, overseeing the creation of launch deliverables and interactive content that drives product adoption. You will work closely with product marketing to ensure messaging is aligned with technical capabilities, and with sales enablement to equip the sales team with the knowledge they need to effectively sell the product.
You will lead the GTM readiness process from a product enablement perspective, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and prepared for new product launches. Your role will involve regular collaboration with product management to stay updated on new features and updates, allowing you to create timely and relevant content.
You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and making data-driven decisions to improve processes. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, ensuring that everyone is equipped to contribute to the company's mission of powering effective government solutions.
