HubSpot is seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager for their Strategic Accounts team to enhance the post-sale customer experience for enterprise-level clients. You'll drive product adoption and foster long-term partnerships. This role requires strong strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly with enterprise-level clients, and understand the complexities of high-value accounts. Your experience includes building and nurturing relationships at all levels within customer organizations, ensuring alignment with their business goals and use cases. You excel in strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving, leveraging deep product knowledge to drive customer outcomes and satisfaction.
You are adept at managing multiple stakeholders and can navigate complex organizational structures to facilitate communication and collaboration. Your proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities allows you to effectively manage customer expectations and drive product adoption. You are passionate about helping customers achieve extraordinary growth and become advocates for the solutions you represent.
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with HubSpot's suite of products. In this role, you will oversee the customer experience for a portfolio of 30-40 enterprise-level accounts, focusing on retention and growth. You will coordinate the post-sale experience, ensuring that customers realize the full value of HubSpot's offerings. Your responsibilities will include driving product adoption, removing roadblocks, and proactively managing risks to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with leadership and various stakeholders within customer organizations to understand their unique challenges and objectives. By fostering deep relationships, you will help set customers up for long-term success and growth. Your strategic insights will guide customers in leveraging HubSpot's tools effectively, ultimately leading to increased usage and satisfaction.
You will also identify opportunities for new products and services within your book of business, collaborating with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development. Your role will be pivotal in transforming customer insights into actionable strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.
