Vacasa is seeking a Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper to ensure vacation homes are clean and welcoming for guests. This role requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail, with flexible hours based on business needs.
You are someone who takes pride in cleanliness and enjoys creating welcoming environments for guests. You have a strong work ethic and are ready to contribute to a team that values trust and support. As a Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning vacation rental properties, ensuring they are fully stocked and ready for guests. You understand the importance of attention to detail and take satisfaction in delivering high-quality work. You are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license, which is necessary for driving company vehicles if required. You are available to work part-time during the seasonal period, with varying hours based on the needs of the business.
In this role, you will professionally clean vacation home properties, ensuring that each space is sparkling clean and inviting for guests. Your responsibilities will include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the home. You will also be responsible for restocking supplies and ensuring that everything is in order for the next guests. As a part of the housekeeping team, you will work collaboratively with your colleagues to maintain high property standards and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will be expected to manage your time effectively, as the schedule may fluctuate from week to week based on business demands. This seasonal position will begin on November 9, 2025, and continue through the end of the season around March 28, 2026.
Vacasa offers a competitive piece rate for each unit cleaned, with an average of $93 per unit. You will also receive $22 per hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans. Additionally, there is a sign-on bonus of $250 paid after 30 days of employment.
