You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on building and maintaining observability tools that enhance developer productivity. Your background includes working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, where you have implemented scalable solutions that meet the needs of both internal teams and customers. You have a solid understanding of observability frameworks and tools, including Elasticsearch, Grafana, and Prometheus, which you have utilized to monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
