Earnin is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and troubleshooting support for macOS and Windows systems. You'll work with mobile device management and networking technologies in a hybrid role based in Mexico City.
You have a strong background in technical support, with experience in troubleshooting both macOS and Windows environments. Your customer service skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively assist users with their technical issues. You are detail-oriented and possess a solid understanding of mobile device management (MDM) workflows, device trust, and zero-trust security principles. Your proficiency in VPNs and networking is essential for this role, enabling you to manage high-level projects effectively.
