HelloFresh is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and reliability for their facilities. You'll engage and coach a team while managing maintenance processes and vendor relationships. This role requires strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
You have experience in maintenance management, overseeing processes related to automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, and overall building upkeep. You are customer-centric and passionate about delivering on commitments, ensuring that maintenance regulations are followed and that your team is motivated and engaged. You possess strong problem-solving skills and are decisive in your actions, adapting quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of creating a positive team dynamic that encourages feedback and drives change from within.
Experience managing outside vendors and facilitating both planned and unplanned repairs is a plus. You are familiar with identifying problems and brainstorming improvement ideas for fulfillment centers, ensuring operational efficiency.
As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and reliability of your assigned building or shift. You will take a hands-on approach to leadership, effectively engaging, motivating, and coaching your team of technicians. You will partner with the M&RE senior leadership team to support and deliver the facilities maintenance roadmap, setting the standard for operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing maintenance-related processes, ensuring that all maintenance regulations are adhered to, and maintaining a current list of contractors for emergency repairs. You will also be responsible for identifying problems and brainstorming improvement ideas for the fulfillment center, ensuring that your team is equipped to handle challenges as they arise.
