PythonMachine learningSignal processingData analysis

Overview

CoMind is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop innovative neuromonitoring technologies. You'll analyze complex time-series datasets and lead the development of machine learning models. This role requires expertise in Python and machine learning techniques.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science, with a strong background in analyzing complex datasets and developing predictive models. Your expertise in Python allows you to implement advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques effectively. You are familiar with signal processing methods and understand how to interpret physiological signals from time-series data. You thrive in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with clinicians and engineers to drive product development and clinical decision-making. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to derive actionable insights from data. You are passionate about improving patient outcomes through technology and are eager to contribute to innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.

Desirable

Experience with neural signal processing and familiarity with clinical trial settings would be advantageous. Knowledge of additional programming languages or tools related to data analysis and machine learning is a plus. You are open to learning new technologies and methodologies to enhance your skill set further.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of machine learning models that interpret physiological signals, focusing on time series regression, classification, and outlier detection. You will conduct exploratory data analysis on complex datasets generated by our next-generation neural sensors, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data. Collaborating closely with a team of neurophysiologists, physicists, and engineers, you will help design and validate algorithms that enhance signal quality through advanced denoising and demixing techniques. Your contributions will directly impact product development and clinical decision-making, as you derive meaningful metrics of brain function from the data. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings to stakeholders and providing insights that inform the direction of our technology.

What we offer
