You are skilled in roadmap execution and have a proven track record of driving product initiatives from conception to launch. You understand the importance of security and scalability in institutional trading solutions and are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet client expectations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for OKX's institutional trading platform. You will work closely with engineering teams to develop and enhance features that cater to the needs of hedge funds, trading firms, and other financial institutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, as well as gathering feedback from clients to inform product improvements. You will collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will engage with sales teams to support client onboarding and training, ensuring that institutional clients can effectively utilize the platform. You will also be involved in defining success metrics and tracking product performance to drive continuous improvement.
