Project Implementation Engineer

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of project management or project implementation experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and control cross-functional projects effectively. Your background includes a commitment to driving operational efficiency and quality through continuous improvement of processes and practices. You excel in developing comprehensive project plans and documentation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with business objectives and customer expectations. You are skilled in monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks. Your collaborative nature allows you to manage a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery and integration across the organization. You are dedicated to documenting process improvements and sharing best practices with your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead transformation projects aimed at delivering value for the business in line with OKRs. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive project plans and necessary documentation, such as progress reports and technical documents. You will monitor project progress closely, identifying potential issues or delays and addressing them proactively. You will lead change initiatives to implement new equipment, processes, technologies, or systems, ensuring successful adoption and integration across the organization. Additionally, you will identify and mitigate project and operational risks by implementing preventive measures and controls to ensure smooth delivery and minimize disruptions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of projects. Regular reporting to management on progress and results will also be part of your responsibilities.
