Overview

OKX is seeking a Senior Customer Support Agent who speaks Russian to assist global customers with inquiries and issues. You'll engage with customers through various channels, ensuring a high level of service. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer service, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment where you have handled inquiries and issues from diverse customers. Your fluency in Russian allows you to communicate effectively with a broad audience, and you are comfortable using multiple communication channels, including email, chat, and voice. You understand the importance of providing professional and courteous service, and you thrive on resolving customer issues efficiently.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with internal and external stakeholders, such as product managers and marketing teams, to address customer feedback and complaints. Your ability to maintain a strong understanding of company products enables you to communicate effectively and provide accurate information to customers. You are proactive in following up on help requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and needs of our customers. Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms will also enhance your ability to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll do

In this role, you will interact with customers to address their inquiries and problems in real-time, ensuring quick responses through live chat and email communication. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service, which includes following up on help requests and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues related to our products and services.

You will handle inquiries from global customers, leveraging your language skills to provide support in multiple languages. Your role will involve not only addressing customer concerns but also gathering feedback to help improve our offerings. You will work closely with product managers and the marketing team to relay customer insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platforms.

Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring customer interactions, documenting issues, and ensuring that all inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. You will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on product changes and enhancements, which will enable you to provide the best possible support to our customers.
