You have a strong technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with 5-8+ years of program management experience from early concept phases through production. You possess a deep understanding of hardware, software, testing, and infrastructure across both development and manufacturing phases. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.

You excel in driving the full product lifecycle, from early engagements on product architecture and feature definition to program execution via prototype and high-volume build and validation cycles. You are adept at scoping design discussions, setting timelines, and facilitating feedback through internal design reviews. Your ability to manage planning and execution of product prototype builds showcases your leadership in coordinating efforts among electrical, software, and mechanical engineers.

Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to serve as the primary point of contact for program-related matters with Contract Manufacturer partners. You maintain good communication and provide multiple levels of status updates to individual contributors and executive management, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project.

What you'll do
