You are adaptable and willing to take on various tasks as assigned by kitchen management.

What you'll do

As a Porter at SpaceX, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. You will demonstrate sanitation and food safety practices consistently, ensuring that all areas meet health standards. You will help evaluate receiving spaces to ensure a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff. Completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks accurately and on time will be essential to your role. You will coordinate job duties with other team members to ensure efficient preparation for opening and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Additionally, you will monitor shelf life and code dates while rotating stock in the cooler, freezer, and dry storage area using the first in-first-out (FIFO) method. You will also maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all equipment in the restaurant and complete other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.
