Who you are

You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in a fast-growing startup or consulting environment. You are adept at tackling complex problems across various domains such as growth, marketing, and product positioning. Your analytical skills enable you to develop innovative solutions that enhance user acquisition and retention. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with different target audiences. You are familiar with managing social media channels and content strategies to build brand awareness and authority. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the transformation of business banking in Canada.

What you'll do

In this role, you will tackle some of Venn's toughest challenges across growth, marketing, brand, product positioning, conversions, and lifecycle marketing. You will develop and implement innovative strategies to increase both the quantity and quality of users while improving overall conversions from various channels. You will oversee Venn's website and content strategy, ensuring that customer emails and onboarding flows are optimized for acquisition and retention. Additionally, you will manage all social media channels, including LinkedIn, curating content and case studies that enhance the Venn brand and its founders. You will define and refine how Venn's products are perceived in the market, crafting narratives that resonate with different ideal customer profiles. Your role will involve creating and executing strategies for blogs, case studies, and email campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
