What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and nurturing leads through effective communication and relationship-building. Your role will involve utilizing best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook to enhance your sales strategies. You will participate in extensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your position. You will also have the chance to earn monthly bonuses and participate in recognition programs, such as the annual President’s Club Trip, celebrating top performers in the company.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $51,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year potentially reaching between $100,000 and $120,000, and even higher in subsequent years. You will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement.
