Businessolver is seeking an AVP of Client Services to enhance client experience and drive operational execution. This role requires strong management skills and a focus on client satisfaction, with responsibilities including performance analysis and team collaboration.
You have a proven track record in client services, with experience in managing teams and ensuring high-quality client experiences. You understand the importance of proactive management and are skilled at driving accountability across various touchpoints. Your background in HR or benefits technology is a plus, as it aligns with our mission to deliver exceptional client delight. You are adept at analyzing performance metrics and identifying risk areas, ensuring that client needs are met effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with project management and production planning teams to optimize deliverables and performance. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to act as an escalation point for client service delivery concerns and to provide oversight on key initiatives.
Experience in SaaS platforms or benefits technology would be advantageous, as would familiarity with operational performance reporting and client health scorecards. A background in HR or employee engagement solutions is also beneficial, as it aligns with our focus on maximizing client program investments.
In this role, you will be accountable for delivering a consistent and high-quality client experience. You will partner daily with project management and production planning teams to review capacity and team deliverables, ensuring that all client-related activities are executed seamlessly. You will provide direction on the documentation of work requests and participate in discussions to define and assign work to appropriate resources. Weekly, you will review and analyze performance on client health scorecards, addressing any risk areas with your team as needed. As the client escalation point for service delivery concerns, you will ensure that all items are documented and addressed promptly. You will also provide operational performance reports to the client leadership team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
