You will have the opportunity to work on initiatives that directly impact Formlabs’ growth. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategic direction.
Your role will also involve presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership, ensuring that your contributions are recognized and valued. You will be expected to take ownership of projects and initiatives, driving them from conception through execution and evaluation.
At Formlabs, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base pay and equity in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact. The annual base pay range for this role is $135,000—$220,000 USD, reflecting your skills, qualifications, experience, and expected impact on the organization.
