Adyen is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to support sales and marketing efforts in Berlin. You'll manage lead qualification and collaborate with various teams to drive business growth. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to start their careers in business development.
You are an ambitious individual eager to start your career in business development. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated to tackle unique challenges. Experience in sales or marketing roles is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with prospecting tools and lead qualification processes will help you excel in this position. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn will set you apart as a candidate.
In this role, you will set up and manage the qualification process for inbound leads in the DACH Region. You will leverage Adyen’s global frameworks and ways of working to ensure a smooth onboarding process for prospects. As the first point of contact for new business prospects, you will determine the next steps for each prospect and guide them through the sales funnel. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, partner, and account management teams to ensure a seamless experience for potential clients.
You will also support outbound lead generation efforts, helping to prepare target lists across enterprise and mid-market segments. Your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring that leads are qualified and ready for follow-up. You will play a key role in driving business growth and contributing to the overall success of the Adyen team.
