What you'll do

As the Manager of Marketing at Oscar, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that align with the company's goals. You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing member engagement and retention, utilizing your expertise to create impactful marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Product Marketing, reporting on the progress of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed. Your role will involve analyzing data to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making informed decisions to optimize performance. You will also be tasked with mentoring and guiding your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the marketing department.
