You have 3+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally within a product-focused environment — you understand how to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your analytical skills are complemented by a strategic mindset, allowing you to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies effectively.

You are proficient in SQL and have experience with A/B Testing and Descriptive and Prescriptive Analytics — you can perform deep-dive analyses and communicate findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership. Your familiarity with machine learning models enhances your ability to derive insights from large datasets, making you a valuable asset to any team.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product Managers and Analytics leadership — you enjoy uncovering valuable business insights and validating them through experiments. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Desirable

Experience with data visualization tools and reporting frameworks is a plus — you can build reports that effectively communicate business trends and metrics. Familiarity with optimization strategies and customer insights will further enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As a Product Analyst at JustAnswer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and perform deep-dive analyses — your insights will inform key business areas and drive strategic decisions. You will analyze large datasets, both internal and external, to identify growth and optimization opportunities, translating your findings into actionable business recommendations.

You will perform Descriptive and Prescriptive Analytics using machine learning models, A/B and MAB experimentation, while building reports to understand business trends — your ability to track and implement business metrics will support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Acting as a lead analyst, you will gain deep insights into customer behavior, informing strategic decisions that enhance user experience and business performance.
