NICE is seeking a Lead NOC Engineer to ensure maximum service availability and performance for CX products. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting cloud systems and network platform issues. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in network operations.
You have a strong background in network operations and cloud systems, with a focus on ensuring service availability and performance. Your experience includes troubleshooting complex issues and providing support to various internal teams. You excel in communication, ensuring that stakeholders are informed about network and platform status. You are proactive in performing routine health checks and monitoring to detect service-affecting issues quickly. You are detail-oriented, capable of creating and updating documentation as needed, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.
Experience with NICE CX products is a plus, as is familiarity with network monitoring tools and methodologies. You are comfortable working with both internal and external teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure that the NOC remains current on new developments.
As the Lead NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the network operations center's activities, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will lead efforts in troubleshooting cloud systems and network platform issues, validating and testing all NICE CX products and platforms. Your role will involve performing routine health checks beyond automated monitoring to ensure the quickest detection of service-affecting issues. You will respond to alarms, alerts, and abnormal behaviors detected through monitoring, providing clear communication to stakeholders throughout the organization. You will also work closely with internal product teams to ensure that the NOC is up-to-date on new products and features, facilitating smooth operations and support.
