Figma is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to partner with the Japan Sales team and drive data-driven forecasting and operational activities. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in sales operations.

You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of managing sales data and can provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to present trends, risks, and opportunities effectively to sales leadership. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can collaborate with teams across different regions. You have a knack for developing performance dashboards and reports that help accelerate decision-making processes. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy in your work. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the global forecast owner to implement a data-driven forecasting methodology that aligns with best practices and market needs. You will manage regional operating activities, ensuring that sales and finance leadership receive accurate and actionable insights. Supporting sales leadership in forecasting meetings will be a key responsibility, where you will present trends and insights to facilitate better business decisions. You will recommend organizational design and headcount decisions across the region, contributing to the overall strategy of the sales team. Leading regional MBR/QBR reviews will involve analyzing sales funnel trends and KPIs, driving follow-up actions to improve outcomes. You will also develop and maintain performance dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance and help identify areas for improvement.
