Overview

ModernFi is seeking a Regional Director to lead client relationships and drive product adoption for banks and credit unions. You'll work closely with the leadership team to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the financial health of communities. This role requires strong strategic partnership skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development or client management, ideally within the financial services sector. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to foster long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership and drive results, and you are eager to contribute to the financial health of communities through your work.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to clients and internal teams alike. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify opportunities for product adoption and client engagement, ensuring that clients can fully utilize the features of ModernFi's platform. You are proactive in addressing client inquiries and resolving issues, demonstrating your commitment to client success.

You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, coordinating marketing activations and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active usage of the platform. Your ability to analyze client usage patterns and provide insights will be key to driving ongoing support and engagement.

Desirable

Experience in the banking or credit union sector is a plus, as is familiarity with financial technology products. You are adaptable and open to learning, eager to grow your professional expertise while contributing to the success of your clients and the company.

What you'll do

As a Regional Director at ModernFi, you will lead the institution activation process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to active usage of our platform. You will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them understand and effectively utilize all platform features. Your role will involve overseeing joint marketing activations with clients, coordinating between internal teams and client stakeholders to maximize engagement.

You will provide ongoing support to clients, regularly checking in on their usage and identifying patterns that can inform your approach. Your proactive communication will help address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

In addition to client management, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team to drive product adoption and enhance client satisfaction. Your insights will contribute to the development of strategies that improve the ways banks and credit unions operate, ultimately benefiting the communities they serve.
