Gympass is hiring a Partner Sales Executive (Spanish Speaker) to drive growth in Brazil's market. You'll manage the acquisition funnel and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes. This role requires a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
You are a proactive and results-driven sales professional with experience in managing acquisition funnels from lead management to opportunity closing. You understand the importance of data accuracy and system usage in driving sales success. Your attention to detail ensures that you can support local market campaigns effectively while continuously analyzing and improving sales processes. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to work closely with senior management to drive growth through innovative tools and strategies.
Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role, as you will be engaging with partners and clients in Brazil. Experience in sales automation tools and a strong understanding of the wellness industry will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the dynamic needs of the market.
In this role, you will own the entire acquisition funnel, from lead generation to closing opportunities. You will work closely with the Sales Automation Senior Manager to implement strategies that drive growth through our Self-Serve Tool. Your responsibilities will include improving conversion rates by ensuring quality in lead management and supporting local market campaigns. You will analyze sales processes to identify operational gaps and collaborate with internal teams to optimize how opportunities are managed across the funnel. Your contributions will help shape a healthier, more balanced world by connecting employees with the best wellness partners.
