Okendo is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to ensure seamless integration and support for Shopify brands. You'll work with HTML, Liquid, CSS, and JavaScript to assist merchants with onboarding and ongoing maintenance tasks. You are a proactive individual with a strong foundation in front-end development, particularly on Shopify storefronts. You have experience with HTML, Liquid, CSS, and JavaScript, and you understand how to implement and customize widgets effectively. You are comfortable providing technical support through chat and email, ensuring that merchants receive timely assistance during their onboarding and maintenance phases. You value high-quality work and adhere to coding practices that enhance the user experience. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to documentation and internal processes.
As a Technical Support Specialist at Okendo, you will be responsible for completing onboarding tasks for merchants, which includes front-end development on Shopify storefronts. You will install Okendo widgets, perform feature setup steps, and customize widgets to meet the specific needs of each merchant. Your role will involve troubleshooting and addressing front-end bugs, ensuring that the integration of our platform is seamless. You will provide responsive and effective support to merchants via chat and email, guiding them through the onboarding process and assisting with any post-installation tasks.
