Wheely is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap for user-facing products with a focus on user privacy and exceptional service. You'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists, requiring experience in consumer-facing mobile products and a strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
You have at least 2 years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products, preferably on iOS. Your eye for great UX/UI is complemented by a solid grasp of design principles, and you are proficient in sketching preliminary wireframes. You possess outstanding written communication skills, maintaining accurate feature specifications as the single source of truth. Your analytical mindset allows you to pull your own numbers and conduct thorough analyses. A technical background, such as a Computer Science degree or past experience as an engineer, enhances your ability to understand the intricacies of product development.
In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists, setting your team’s goals and roadmap to align with Wheely’s mission. You will own your team’s products, guiding them from idea through development to launch, growth, and maintenance. Collaboration with other product squads and stakeholders will be key to your success, ensuring that all aspects of the product align with user needs and company objectives. You will be responsible for conducting user research, defining metrics for success, and iterating on product features based on user feedback and data analysis. Your role will also involve coordinating with marketing and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to product launches and user engagement.
