You are comfortable working with executive teams and key stakeholders to identify high-impact projects across various domains including technology, operations, financial, and compliance areas. You are also familiar with AI-enabled audit practices and are eager to elevate their use within the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive high-impact audit and advisory initiatives, shaping the dynamic audit plan to align with the company's strategic goals. You will partner closely with senior leaders to ensure that audit practices are not only effective but also innovative, leveraging AI and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include identifying key areas for improvement within the organization and developing actionable plans to address them. You will also be tasked with providing insights to the CFO and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, ensuring that they are well-informed about the company's operations and risk landscape. Your role will require you to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the audit function and add value to the organization.
