You have experience in quality assurance and a strong understanding of quality frameworks — you've developed strategies that enhance operational excellence and ensure customer satisfaction. You excel in analyzing data patterns to identify quality issues and formulate effective solutions, demonstrating your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. You are skilled in collaborating with various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to optimize workflow quality and drive continuous improvement. Your ability to manage feedback loops and implement prescriptive actions showcases your commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. You are proactive in evaluating quality tools and suggesting refinements to enhance their effectiveness, ensuring that processes remain standardized and clear across all workflows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and implement quality metrics for established workflows, ensuring that all operations meet the highest standards. You will create prescriptive actions for quality issues as they arise, working closely with customers and internal support teams to optimize workflow quality. Conducting side-by-side observations will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to identify opportunities for workflow enhancement and quality improvements. You will serve as a key escalation point for customer concerns, providing strategic recommendations based on your deep understanding of processes. Your role will involve maintaining and updating process documentation to ensure clarity and standardization across all workflows, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
