Agoda is seeking a Manager for B2B Digital Marketing to lead scalable marketing campaigns for partners. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient execution and performance measurement. This role requires strong marketing expertise and a data-driven approach.
You have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in B2B contexts, with experience in managing marketing campaigns that drive partner engagement and growth. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret data effectively, enabling you to make informed decisions that enhance campaign performance. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product, and Data, to ensure that marketing strategies align with business objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable balancing operational excellence with strategic growth initiatives.
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, as is familiarity with B2B2C marketing channels. You have a proven track record of developing scalable marketing frameworks that can support multiple partners simultaneously while delivering tailored insights. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in this role, as you will need to present data-driven recommendations and campaign results clearly and persuasively.
As the Manager of B2B Digital Marketing, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns aimed at our partners. This includes developing campaign strategies, setting performance metrics, and ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with Agoda's overall business goals. You will work closely with the Commercial team to identify opportunities for growth and develop marketing initiatives that resonate with our partners. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively. Collaboration will be key, as you will partner with Product and Data teams to leverage insights that inform your marketing strategies.
