You have over 5 years of experience in engineering project management, applying strong engineering principles and software development expertise to deliver complex projects successfully. Your background includes managing multiple stakeholders through effective communication, Agile, and Scrum practices, ensuring structured project execution. You possess hands-on proficiency with JIRA for sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking, alongside advanced MS Excel skills for data-driven reporting and analysis. Your leadership capabilities enable you to drive project success while meeting objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Business, Development, Architecture, and Quality Assurance. Your strong technical background allows you to understand the intricacies of software solutions, particularly in the context of supply chain integration. You are adept at navigating complex project lifecycles and are committed to delivering best-in-class software solutions that optimize internal business processes.
Experience with PMP certification or equivalent is a plus, as it demonstrates your commitment to project management excellence. Familiarity with supply chain processes and software solutions will further enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team.
In this role, you will oversee and manage complex software development projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to define and implement solutions that address Apple’s supply chain needs, ranging from Supply Planning and Demand Planning to Product Distribution and beyond. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that project objectives are met while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
You will lead project planning sessions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will be crucial as you facilitate sprint planning and backlog management using JIRA. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
